Apparently, this is an “unwritten rule” at the company, and the amount was reportedly significant at the time. 43-year-old Tonga, whose real name is Alipate Leone, is the son of WWE legend Haku and began his pro wrestling career in 2008 after training with the Dudley Boyz. Subsequently, he gained fame in New Japan, winning the IWGP Tag Team Championship seven times with his brother Tonga Loa and the NEVER Openweight Championship four times. Joining WWE in 2024, he debuted by attacking Jimmy Uso, aligning with The Bloodline under Solo Sikoa’s leadership, and has since held the WWE Tag Team Championship twice.
