Earlier this month, former “Jackass” and “Viva La Bam” star Bam Margera was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence in San Diego County.

Entertainment Weekly reported that Margera was arrested for allegedly kicking a woman. He was booked “on suspicion of corporal injury on a current or former spouse, cohabitant, dating partner, or fellow parent” and was released the following day on $50,000 bail. TMZ confirmed that the alleged victim was not his estranged wife.

TMZ reported on Bam again this week revealing that the troubled former MTV star was arrested again, this time for public intoxication.

The site reported: “Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … police in Burbank got a call around 3:45 PM Wednesday for a disturbance at a Thai food restaurant, and when officers arrived they found the “Jackass” star arguing with a woman, with the dispute getting louder and louder.”

Sources said that when police arrived, Bam was unable to take care of himself and was arrested and booked for misdemeanor public intoxication.

There’s also video on social media showing Bam at the restaurant as well as sitting on a curb while he talks to officers. Another witness reportedly said Bam’s estranged wife, Nikki, and their 5-year-old son were also in the restaurant, but it’s not clear if Nikki was the woman arguing with Bam.

It’s been a rough ride for Margera as of late. Following a year in and out of rehab facilities where he was reported missing, his friend and former co-star Steve-O shared a heartbreaking update last month after Margera allegedly got drunk after opening for Steve-O on one of his comedy tour dates.

TMZ also reported earlier this year that Margera’s wife filed separation papers citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the breakdown in her marriage with Bam.

His former “Jackass” co-star Steve-O also shared a difficult update on Bam after taking him on tour to open his comedy shows. Steve-O later deleted the update and expressed regret over making the post.
