WWE personality Cathy Kelley has confirmed that she is currently single. In an interview with Chris Van Vliet, the popular broadcaster admitted that her intense schedule makes dating extremely difficult, joking that her current approach is to “be on my couch and hopefully someone shows up.” She also revealed that her colleague Joe Tessitore tried to nominate her for ABC’s The Bachelorette, though nothing more came of it.
“It’s probably better than my dating plan right now, which is just be on my couch and hopefully someone shows up. Joe Tess actually tried to nominate me to be The Bachelorette recently. He’s friends with people at ABC, the producers of the show, because he worked on a similar show on ABC. And then he’s also friends with Jesse, the host. So I think there was a text exchange of sending in my information, which didn’t lead to anything … I work so much, so it’s like not really ideal for meeting someone.” – Cathy Kelley
37-year-old Kelley has built an impressive career as one of WWE’s most beloved on-screen figures. She first joined the company in 2016 as a digital correspondent and made her television debut on NXT. While she left in 2020 to pursue acting opportunities, she returned successfully in October 2022 as a backstage interviewer on Raw.
