Vince McMahon Recently Attempted To Buy A Controlling Interest In Controversial Boxing Promotion

It has been known for some time that Vince McMahon intended to launch a new business, and it was recently discovered that he had registered multiple companies based around the name “14TH & I” in Connecticut. And now, in the latest issue of Justin Barrasso’s Undisputed newsletter, it has been reported that the disgraced billionaire wanted to purchase a controlling interest in BKFC, which David Feldman and Conor McGregor currently own. However, no deal could be agreed as Feldman was not willing to give up control.

“Just recently, he made a move to purchase controlling interest in Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship. David Feldman, BKFC’s founder and president, confirmed that a meeting occurred–and that McMahon is resolute about a return to promoting. “He’s a great guy, his whole team is great, but the timing wasn’t right for us,” said Feldman, who was not willing to relinquish full control of BKFC.”Undisputed

The Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship was founded in April 2018 and is considered a more controversial form of boxing, as fighters are prohibited from wrapping their knuckles or fingers with any material. Still, numerous MMA fighters and boxers have opted to take off their gloves and compete in this brutal form of combat, which sadly led to the death of 38-year-old Justin Thornton in 2021, who passed away following a knockout loss.
