Earlier this week, Pennsylvania State Police announced that an arrest warrant had been issued for former MTV star Bam Margera.

According to State Police, on Sunday, troopers from PSP Avondale Station responded to Pocopson Township in Chester County for a reported disturbance. State Police allege Margera was involved in a physical confrontation with another person, who suffered minor injuries. They then said that Margera fled into the woods.

An arrest warrant was issued, and according to court records, Margera is facing four counts of terroristic threats and one count of simple assault.

Now, it has been reported that Margera has turned himself in to authorities.

“Bam’ Margera turned himself in this morning at PSP [Pennsylvania State Police] Avondale,” wrote Trooper Grothey, Public Information Officer for Troop J of the Pennsylvania State Police. “He was fingerprinted and photographed before being arraigned at District Court 15-3-04, where his bail was set at $50,000 unsecured. The preliminary hearing is set for May 25 at the Chester County Court of Common Pleas.”

TMZ reported that Margera made phone calls to family members while missing and saying that he hates them for putting him in a treatment center last year. He also accused them of selling his home and stealing his money.

This all comes on the heels of a highly publicized relapse and continued drama between Margera and his former “Jackass” co-stars. Steve-O commented earlier this week via his podcast saying he hoped Margera would be arrested for the sake of his own well-being.
