Metallica is currently on tour in Australia, and while the shows themselves have seemingly been going off without a hitch, two fans at the band’s recent Perth concert were arrested for a dangerous stunt.
During the band’s performance, two men climbed a tower inside Optus Stadium. Footage provided by 10 News shows police telling the shirtless fans to climb down before they were arrested at escorted out of the concert.
“It will be alleged the men climbed up the central tower inside the bowl at the Metallica concert held at Optus Stadium on Saturday,” a Western Australia Police spokesperson said, according to News.com.au.
