Talk Is Jericho: Escape The Ghosts From Alcatraz

Talk Is Jericho: Escape The Ghosts From Alcatraz

It’s true crime, mystery, and the paranormal all rolled up into one historic location – Alcatraz! Alcatraz Island is a small island a little over one mile off the coast of San Francisco. It’s home to the infamous Alcatraz federal prison, which housed the worst of the worst criminals for 29 years before it was shut down in 1963. Al Capone, George “Machine Gun” Kelly, and Robert Stroud, The Bird Man of Alcatraz, were among its famous inmates. It’s also the inspiration for the 1979 Clint Eastwood movie, “Escape From Alcatraz,” which was based on the true story of 3 inmates who allegedly successfully escaped from the prison. San Franciso native, researcher, psychic, and paranormal investigator Jeff Dwyer, and ABC News 7 Bay Area journalist and producer, Casey Pratt share the history of the prison and some of its inmates, recount the real-life details of the famous escape story, and more importantly, delve into the paranormal experiences and ghostly sightings that have plagued the island almost since its discovery.
