Over the weekend, Tracy James, the wife of Road Dogg, shared the worrying news that he had possibly suffered a heart attack a few days earlier. Considering the 51-year-old has underlying health conditions and his brother Brad Armstrong passed away in 2012 aged just 50 for the same reason, so this was a scary situation. She would later update fans, informing them he was scheduled to undergo a cardiac catheterization.
This procedure is where a tube is inserted into an artery or vein and threaded into the heart, providing doctors with information on how the heart is performing. Originally it was scheduled to take place on Monday but was delayed and instead was carried out earlier today, which happens to be Tracy’s birthday. Thankfully the results were positive, and she shared this good news by saying she got the best birthday gift ever.
This is excellent news, and we look forward to reporting the WWE Hall of Famer has made a full recovery. Hopefully, this also means he can return to his job as a producer for WWE’s NXT brand when he is ready.
