Last week, news spread via Jonathan Coachman, also known as “The Coach,” that WWE had initially tried to keep R-Truth on their roster, provided he took a significant pay cut, which he was unwilling to accept. And while the accuracy of that claim remains unconfirmed, Kevin Nash has decided to call out his former colleague during Kliq This for potentially spreading misinformation, as Coachman self-admittedly acknowledged he wasn’t sure whether what his source had told him was true.

“So why would you even put that on anything if what somebody told me, I don’t know if it’s true or not? … But at the same time, though, it’s like all that is like somebody trying, like I kinda want to be that guy, but I don’t want the heat that comes with being that guy. So I’ll just throw this out as, you know.”Kevin Nash

In the past, Coachman has stated that he was finished with the pro wrestling business due to how WWE treated him during his second run, from 2018 to 2021, specifically that he wasn’t reimbursed for his travel expenses related to his XFL work. In fact, the 51-year-old was so adamant he even did an interview that was marketed as the final time he’d ever talk about the industry. However, he would not only go back on this but now has his own podcast alongside Vince Russo, where he shares hearsay.
