While most people accepted that Hulk Hogan had died from a heart attack, some, including his daughter Brooke, were very outspoken about an autopsy being needed. And now, after it was revealed that the Clearwater Police Department has been investigating the claim that his phrenic nerve was accidentally cut during a recent surgery, TMZ has reported that his widow, Sky, is planning to sue those involved.
