How Much Longer Jeff Hardy Is Expected To Be Sidelined Following Recent Surgery

Jeff Hardy is currently sidelined after suffering a broken nose when Sammy Guevera landed on his face while performing a shooting star press during a match taped in February for Rampage. And while he has been spotted out and about at conventions, the former WWE star remains absent from AEW television. However, according to his brother and tag partner Matt, who was speaking to WrestleZone, Jeff should be cleared to return in three to four weeks, having had to undergo surgery.

“He’s doing okay. Yeah, his vision issues are good. He had to have surgery on his nose. He had some issues with his sinuses, so he had surgery, so he’s still got three or four more weeks before he will be cleared to return.”

So far, the 46-year-old’s AEW run has failed to live up to fans’ expectations, with a big part of this being due to his DUI arrest and subsequent spell in rehab, which has derailed his momentum. Yet, before his injury, he was again being prominently featured, facing the likes of Darby Allin, Swerve Strickland, and Jon Moxley in lengthy matches. Therefore, all that can be hoped for is that when he is cleared, he can resume his career from the same position on the card.
