In a heart-stopping moment at Arena México, high-flyer Neón suffered a terrifying fall during a six-man tag match pitting Templario, Titán, and himself against Bárbaro Cavernario, Volador Jr., and Euforia. As Neón launched into one of his signature top-rope dives, a faulty takeoff caused him to slip and crash brutally onto the floor outside the ring. This shocking incident, captured on phone footage from WrestlingLibre, showed the luchador being stretched out, leaving fans in attendance worried about his immediate health.
30-year-old Neón trained at the school of Arkángel de la Muerte and Último Guerrero, going on to debut in 2015 as Star Jr. After unmasking in 2022, he adopted the Neón identity in 2023, quickly capturing the CMLL World Welterweight Title and establishing himself as one of the promotion’s top high-flyers. And while not yet well-known in the US, he has competed in MLW, ROH, and, most recently, AEW, wrestling on the November 22 episode of Collision as part of a six-man tag team against The Don Callis Family.
