ECW Original Doesn’t Think Stephanie McMahon Is Hall Of Fame Worthy

Before the main event of Wrestlepalooza, The Undertaker surprised Stephanie McMahon by telling her that she would be joining her husband, Triple H, in the WWE Hall of Fame. This clearly stunned Stephanie, indicating it was a genuine surprise, and subsequently, fans online have been calling this well-deserved.

However, not everyone is convinced that her induction is warranted, and among them is ECW original Stevie Richards, who has stated on his YouTube channel that she should actually be in the “Hall of Shame.” Additionally, he would suggest that Shane McMahon is far more deserving and should go in long before his sister.

“Does Stephanie McMahon deserve to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame? No. As a writer, she deserves to never be in the Hall of Fame. I’m serious. That should be in the Hall of Shame. Shane by a mile deserves it more than Stephanie for just the performance and the memorable moments in his matches, and how he still could cut a promo … Shane deserves to be in the Hall of Fame long before Stephanie.”Stevie Richards

Stephanie, now 49, first began working full-time for WWE right after graduating from Boston University in 1998. Initially, she started on the front desk in reception, then transitioned to TV production before diving headfirst into creative, and by 2006, she was made the Senior Vice President of Creative Writing. From there, she became the Chief Brand Officer, tasked with promoting the WWE brand to advertisers and the media, eventually assuming the role of Chairwoman after her father, Vince, retired following the public exposure of the hush money payments he was making.
