Ashley Sebera, best known to WWE fans as Dana Brooke, made her TNA debut during Saturday night’s Hard To Kill pay-per-view under the name “Ash By Elegance.” And now, in an interview with Busted Open Radio, she has discussed the meaning behind the name, saying she tries to live her life “being super elegant.”
“Ash by Elegance is a different side of me, but I try to live my life every single day as being super elegant. Elegant is a word, but I feel like it has a variety and many multiple meanings. It’s classiness. It’s elegant. It’s beautiful. It just means so much that I’m definitely gonna bring that element into the ring and show everyone what class and elegance truly means.”
Ash by Elegance35-year-old Brooke broke into the business in 2013 via WWE after placing twelfth in that year’s Arnold Classic. Initially, she was part of NXT, but after three years of learning her craft, she impressed management enough to get called up to the main roster and, over the years, would feature on both Raw and Smackdown. However, at the time of her unexpected release, she was back in NXT, having returned to where she started in what was believed to be an attempt to reignite her career.
