Forget calling his momma, Brodus Clay needs to call his lawyer. He along with Fox News are being sued by Fox Nation host Britt McHenry, who has accused the network of being a “sanctuary for sexual harassers.”
McHenry claims that Clay, real name George Murdoch sent her sexually explicit text messages, and after she complained to Fox, she was told she was “replaceable.”
Messages included:
“Keep being negative and I’ll send you another dick pic.”
As well as:
“I love the fact your always working if we ever had sex I feel like after an orgazzum you say speaking of feeling good did see the story on the puppy rescue we should do a segment on it hand me my phone.”
Also, McHenry says Murdoch became hostile to her when she revealed to him that she had a boyfriend. She claims she complained multiple times, but no action was taken by anyone at Fox.
Other defendants include Fox Entertainment Group, Fox Corp, News Corp, Fox Nation boss John Finley, executive producer Jennifer Rauchet and human resources executive, Monica Mekeel.
Fox has said:
“As we have previously stated, Ms. McHenry’s allegations have been fully investigated, and we are confident our actions will be deemed entirely appropriate in litigation. We expect all of her claims to be dismissed.”
