Bret Hart was one of WWE’s biggest stars of the ’90s and has subsequently been honored with three Hall of Fame inductions. Yet it appears his relationship with the company is on the rocks, as he has revealed while speaking at the Vaughan Con that the company didn’t have a seat for him at SummerSlam. This is despite him having been invited, and Kevin Nash being accommodated.
While Hart’s full-time career ended in 2000 due to having suffered a severe concussion during a match with Goldberg, he would return to the ring a decade later. However, due to his health, he couldn’t take bumps, which resulted in most of his matches being short. Still, it did allow him to share a ring with talents he hadn’t previously worked with, which included a six-man tag where he teamed with Rey Mysterio and Edge against Alberto Del Rio, Cody Rhodes, and Drew McIntyre on a house show in Turkey.
