Former “Jackass” star Bam Margera has had a very difficult and well documented relapse in recent months. After trying to stay sober while on tour with former co-star Steve-O, Margera has reportedly turned back to the bottle and other substances and it has landed him in trouble with authorities

An arrest warrant was issued for Margera, and according to court records, Margera is facing four counts of terroristic threats and one count of simple assault. He later turned himself in.

“Bam’ Margera turned himself in this morning at PSP [Pennsylvania State Police] Avondale,” wrote Trooper Grothey, Public Information Officer for Troop J of the Pennsylvania State Police. “He was fingerprinted and photographed before being arraigned at District Court 15-3-04, where his bail was set at $50,000 unsecured. The preliminary hearing is set for May 25 at the Chester County Court of Common Pleas.”

Iconic rocker Billy Idol has a history with Bam having appeared on his show, “Viva La Bam,” on MTV. The episode centered around Margera’s mother, April, and her longtime fandom of the rock star. Bam’s brother Jess has taken to Twitter to call out those who are aiding Bam’s relapse, and he also revealed that Bam trashed a treasured keepsake during a “psychotic episode.”

“Of all the guitars to smash while having a psychotic episode, bam chose the Martin acoustic we got from @BillyIdol Unforgivable,” wrote Jess.

Billy Idol took note of the tweet and offered some words of encouragement, also eluding that he would be willing to replace the guitar.

“@jessmargera, That is a shame but we can replace it … but Bam, we need him well,” said Idol in response to Jess’ initial tweet.

Idol is currently on tour and recently played the first ever concert at the Hoover Dam along the Colorado and Nevada border.
