Following his hard-hitting tag match at SummerSlam, Brok Breakker was filmed by fans in attendance limping while being helped backstage, leaving fans concerned he had suffered an injury. And while he would return to close the show alongside Seth Rollins, his leg was noticeably taped up, just adding to the unease. However, it now appears fans can relax, as according to Sean Ross Sapp, the people he spoke with have told him the second-generation wrestler was ok.
27-year-old Breakker began wrestling in 2020, and due to his father being Rick Steiner and uncle Scott Steiner, it was always assumed he’d get an opportunity in WWE. Still, few expected the former football player to be pushed as quickly as he was, remarkably winning the NXT Championship in just his 9th televised match. From there, he would be fast-tracked onto the main roster, and while he has twice held the WWE Intercontinental Championship, many feel it is just a matter of time before he is WWE World Heavyweight Champion or Undisputed WWE Champion.
