Legendary WWE superstar “Stone Cold” Steve Austin has been hosting his Broken Skull Sessions for the WWE Network since 2019. During the show’s run, he has interviewed numerous notable guests, including Ric Flair, The Undertaker, Sasha Banks, and our very own Chris Jericho. The interviews are always a fascinating peek behind the curtain and worth going out of your way to watch.
WWE has been celebrating the New World Order’s 25th anniversary on Peacock in the US and worldwide on the Network this past week, and among the content promoted was an episode Broken Skull Sessions with Kevin Nash. Surprisingly, WWE has pulled the episode at the last minute. It isn’t known why this decision was made as of writing.
This isn’t the first time a piece of original content promised by WWE has been canceled at the last minute, with the latest episode of WWE Icons featuring Lex Luger failing to air on July 4th. The belief at the time was that WWE wanted to provide a better lead-in, and promote it better, which may be the same situation with Nash’s episode of Broken Skull Sessions.
