Scott Stanford joined WWE in 2009, initially hosting Bottom Line. And while he was never one of WWE’s leading presenters, he became a familiar face to wrestling fans due to his pre-show work.
However, he has now announced on X that his time with the company has ended. Whether this was his choice or WWE’s is unknown, although he appears to have left the door open to a potential return by saying, “Hope to make it back one day!“
While most readers of this will only know Stanford from his time with WWE, the 58-year-old is an accomplished news and sports anchor in the New York market. Additionally, he has worked as a post-game reporter for the New York Yankees baseball team and was the host of the New York Giants’ pre-game kickoff shows.
