After Ronda Rousey revealed during an interview with NewsNation that Drew Gulak had grabbed the string of her sweatpants while she was working for WWE, the NXT wrestler was taken off television, with his name even removed from No Quarter Catch Crew’s entrance. And now, during this week’s episode of NXT, Gulak was seemingly written off for good, with the Tony D’Angelo Family having apparently whacked the former Cruiserweight Champion in the storyline “for the good of the business.”
Following Rousey’s claim going viral, Gulak addressed the allegation on X, claiming it was an accident and confirming he’d apologized to the former UFC star at the time. However, it was subsequently reported that he’d lost his seat at WWE’s Hall of Fame ceremony due to one of Rousey’s friends being in attendance, and now it appears his long-term employment status is very much in question.
