After Ronda Rousey accused Drew Gulak of pulling on her pant drawstring, the former Cruiserweight Champion has been absent from WWE television. And while Gulak would claim on social media that it happened accidentally when he was trying to shake hands, Bryan Alvarez confirmed to his subscribers on X that WWE had interviewed witnesses. Therefore, the fact that he was written off NXT this past week indicates Rousey’s version of events is what the company believes.
“Regarding Ronda and Drew, what is unique about this one is both claimed there were witnesses. I was told WWE did an investigation, interviewed people, and Gulak has been murdered in storyline. So I presume that tells you the result of the investigation.”
Bryan Alvarez36-year-old Gulak trained at the Chikara Wrestle Factory and the CZW Wrestling Academy before making his in-ring debut in 2005. From there, he spent the next eleven years on the independent circuit before signing with WWE, where he worked as both a wrestler and trainer. However, it now appears just to be a matter of time before he departs the company.
