WWE Hall Of Famer Says He’s Heard LA Knight Has A Bad Attitude

Earlier this year, there were rumors online that LA Knight had some backstage heat in WWE following his unexpected rise. While that could be down to jealousy, it now appears that there may be some truth to those claims, as Booker T has revealed on his podcast he’s heard the rising star had an attitude problem. Yet, the two-time WWE Hall of Famer would add that it isn’t a big deal as long as management is happy with him.

“I’ve heard guys say, ‘LA Knight, he’s got a bad attitude. I don’t know about this guy, he’s got a bad attitude.’ My thing is this, I’ve never really cared about getting heat with the boys as long as the boss liked everything that was going on. If the boss liked it, I was cool.”

41-year-old Knight initially wrestled for WWE a decade ago under the ring name Slate Randall. However, he only lasted on the NXT roster for just over a year before being released. Still, he didn’t give up on his dream, and after becoming Eli Drake on the independent circuit, he showed everyone what he was capable of as part of the TNA and the NWA. Therefore, when WWE was looking to bring in fresh talent in early 2021, he was given a second chance to be a WWE Superstar and so far is thriving.
