The pro wrestling world is currently in mourning after Hulk Hogan died at his home in Clearwater, Florida, on Thursday morning, aged 71. Subsequently, fans and fellow wrestlers have taken to social media to pay tribute to the two-time WWE Hall of Famer. And now, somewhat unexpectedly, Vince McMahon has broken his silence on X to acknowledge Hogan’s passing, calling him as the “greatest WWE Superstar of all time.“
Hogan and McMahon will forever be linked after they worked together in the 1980s to make WWE a global brand. However, they would fall out multiple times, with money and creative differences being significant factors. Still, they would always reconcile, with Eric Bischoff comparing them to a “dysfunctional married couple” on his popular podcast.
