Wardlow returned to AEW television at Forbidden Door following over a year’s absence due to injury and then filming an American Gladiators reboot. And while it was assumed the 37-year-old was about to get the push fans have long waited for, Fightful Select has unfortunately reported he is again sidelined. The belief is he suffered a torn pec, with it suggested it possibly happened when he attacked Prince Nana during his comeback.
Wardlow broke into the business in 2014, and despite not getting signed by WWE following a tryout, he didn’t give up on his pro wrestling dream and joined AEW in 2019.
