Top AEW Talent Expected To Miss All In

On Tuesday afternoon, Tony Khan surprised the wrestling world when he revealed during All In’s media call that the event’s card was set to change. However, he wouldn’t reveal the amends at the time, although he acknowledged it was down to real-world events. Now Fightful Select has reported that Rey Fenix, who was set to be part of the Stadium Stampede match, is expected to miss the show due to a visa issue, although that specific reason wasn’t confirmed.

“As of Tuesday Rey Fenix is not longer planned for AEW All In match. However, we’re told there are plans in place to explain it. The indication that we were given was that Fenix was travel or visa related, as opposed to an injury, but that has yet to be confirmed.”

Whether the match, which was set to be six vs. six, will now become five vs. five remains to be seen. Still, it certainly is an unfortunate situation for Fenix, who was going to be wrestling in front of the largest crowd of his career in one of the most high-profile matches he will have had up to this point. Thankfully though, for fans attending, Khan appears to have a plan, having known about this in advance, and it will seemingly play out during this week’s Dynamite.
