And now, indicating she may be onto something, TMZ has reported that the Clearwater Police Department is currently investigating his death, with it alleged his phrenic nerve may have been accidentally cut by a surgeon during a recent procedure.
Hogan retired from the ring in 2012 following two low-key house show matches for TNA in the United Kingdom. Still, he regularly teased about making a comeback to have a proper retirement match, even though he had undergone dozens of surgeries to reduce his pain. Therefore, it was always considered to be just wishful thinking, with his army of Hulkamaniacs simply hoping he could enjoy his golden years.
