WrestleMania 41 weekend should have been an amazing experience for both Michelle McCool and her husband, The Undertaker, with the former WWE Diva being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. However, McCool has now disclosed, while appearing as a guest on her significant other’s Six Feet Under podcast, that it was a very stressful time as The Undertaker was dealing with a heart issue, which required him to have surgery the Monday afterward.
The Undertaker is considered one of WWE’s greatest-ever talents, having stood the test of time despite starting in an era where over-the-top gimmicks came and went. Still, his body struggled to keep up with the rigors of the ring once he reached his 50s, so he officially retired in 2020 after his cinematic match with AJ Styles at WrestleMania 36, and now just makes occasional special appearances.
