During this week’s incredibly memorable episode of Raw, The Rock dished out an all-time great beating on Cody Rhodes while trash-talking the former AEW star and his mother. However, earlier in the night, the two would share a ring, and The Rock mysteriously whispered something to Rhodes, which had fans trying to lip-read. And now The Final Boss himself has revealed on Instagram himself that he told Rhodes, “Tonight, I’m gonna make you bleed,” which he certainly delivered on later in the night.
Two months ago, the wrestling world was stunned to discover that The Rock had been appointed to TKO’s Board of Directors, and subsequently, he became part of The Bloodline storyline, having aligned with Roman Reigns on-screen. Yet while it’s understood he is only back on WWE television for a short period of time ahead of his next movie project, he is now set to wrestle his first full match in over a decade when he teams with Reigns against Rhodes and Seth Rollins in the main event of WrestleMania night one.
