Spoiler On When Braun Strowman Will Be Returning To WWE

Earlier this week, it was reported by Fightful Select that Braun Strowman’s name had been pitched as a potential WWE return among management. And with the fact that he was absent from Control Your Narrative’s invasion of the NWA, it seemed plausible discussions had taken place. Now though, it appears the former Universal Champion has re-signed, or at least is on the verge of, as according to PWInsider, he will be at Raw this coming Monday in Kansas City.

Former WWE Universal Champion Braun Strowman is returning to World Wrestling Entertainment, PWInsider.com has learned. Multiple WWE sources confirmed this morning Strowman will be at this Monday’s Raw in Kansas City.

Strowman was released by WWE 15 months ago, which was a massive surprise at the time, with it believed WWE no longer saw him as being worth the reported 1.2 million a year he was earning. Since then, he has only wrested on occasion indie shows due to his reported $20,000 asking price. He did, though, partner with EC3 to promote Control Your Narrative, a Fight Club-inspired promotion which has been running shows in front of relatively small crowds in the hundreds. And with Strowman presumably no longer appearing on their shows, it will be interesting to see how they draw going forward.
