Sgt. Slaughter Thinks Current WWE Heel Will “Be The Biggest Hero Of All Time”

WWE Hall of Famer Sgt. Slaughter has been at the top of the wrestling business as both a babyface and a heel, and now, based on his experience, he has disclosed on the Sportskeeda WrestleBinge podcast who he believes will be the next big babyface star. And while most would expect names like Dominik Mysterio, Bron Breakker, Trick Williams, or Ricky Saints to be mentioned, Slaughter has stated he believes it will be Logan Paul, boldly declaring, “he’ll surpass every hero we’ve ever had in this business.

“Once he establishes himself as the biggest villain, he’ll be the biggest hero of all time. I think he’ll surpass every hero we’ve ever had in this business … He’s gotta be the biggest villain of all time, and then when the time is right, someone’s gotta look out because he’s gonna turn into the hero, and they’re gonna blow the roof off.”Sgt. 30-year-old Paul initially debuted for WWE as a guest of Sami Zayn’s on SmackDown in April 2021, resulting in him being ringside for Zayn’s WrestleMania 37 match with Kevin Owens. Then, following further guest appearances, he would step into the ring as The Miz’s tag team partner against Rey and Dominik Mysterio at WrestleMania 38. Since then, he has faced names like Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, and, most recently, John Cena in high-profile singles matches, winning over wrestling fans with his impressive performances while also garnering WWE mainstream publicity.
