Many fans consider Stardom to be the pinnacle of women’s pro wrestling in Japan, with it having given a platform for names like Mina Shirakawa, Blake Monroe and Thekla to become stars. And now second-generation wrestler Bozilla, who many believe has a bright future in the business has made a surprise appearance on Stardom’s latest show, having previously worked for rival promotion Marigold.

21-year-old Bozilla broke into the business in 2022 via the German independent scene having been trained by her father Ulf Herman. Herman for those unaware is a 6 ft 6 in powerhouse wrestler whose highest level of wrestling fame came in the late 90s when he wrestled for ECW, mainly on house shows. Additionally he worked as a bodyguard for several rock bands, including Slipknot, System of a Down and Rammstein.
