In very unexpected news, TNA has announced via their website that Scott D’Amore, who was the promotion’s President, has had his contract terminated. The former pro wrestler, manager, and booker has had two long spells with the company, with the first beginning all the way back in 2003, and in 2017, he was made a Co-Executive Vice President before becoming President in 2023. Why this decision has been made remains unclear, but TNA’s parent company, Anthem Sports and Entertainment, has already named Anthony Cicione as his replacement.
