WWE Hall of Famer Rob Van Dam recently shared a concerning update about his wife, fellow professional wrestler Katie Forbes, revealing she had been hospitalized due to preeclampsia during her pregnancy with twin girls. However, in good news, the ECW original has now announced that Forbes has given birth, tweeting, “Karma and Saba have officially left the womb.”
Van Dam and Forbes, who married in 2021 after dating since 2016, announced her pregnancy earlier this year and later delighted fans when confirming they were expecting twins. Forbes, 34, had been wrestling since debuting in 2015 as part of the Iron Maidens tag team, later gaining prominence in Impact Wrestling alongside RVD in 2019 and then on the independent scene. Whether she intends to eventually return to the ring still remains unknown, but that’s likely the last thing on her mind at the moment.
