The 16-time world champion would do this after being paid $1000 to record a personalized wedding shoutout for the brother of a die-hard fan. Still, instead of congratulations, Flair ranted against marriage, asking, “Why would you get married, motherf*cker?” The disappointed buyer subsequently left a one-star review, slamming Flair for his inappropriate advice, which seemed to be drawn from his multiple divorces.
76-year-old Flair has famously been married four times, with his relationships often mirroring his flamboyant “Nature Boy” persona. First, he wed Leslie Goodman in 1971, divorcing in 1983 after two children. His longest marriage was to Elizabeth Harrell, from 1983 to 2006, during which they had WWE star Charlotte Flair and their late son, Reid.
