Earlier today, we shared the news first reported by PWInsider.com that Rhea Ripley had to return to Australia to renew her work visa. This was considered as a contributing factor for losing her NXT Championship to Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 36 as she’d be unavailable indefinitely.
Ripley seemingly denies this report as she posted the below video on her social media earlier today.
It isn’t known, therefore, if she does need to renew or work visa or not, but she isn’t in Australia.
