WWE recently hired Rob Fee, a prolific writer with extensive credits in television and comic books, to be in charge of their long-term creative plans. And considering WWE has a reputation for stopping and staring storylines and angles abruptly and having characters switch between face and heel without much reason, it seemed this role was overdue. However, it has now been reported by Ringside News that Fee has already begun alienating some of his colleagues due to taking all the credit for Bray Wyatt’s WWE return presentation. Additionally, it’s claimed he has been talking down to writers and treating them “like pieces of sh*t.”

We were told by a tenured member of the staff that Rob Fee has some massive heat. In fact, he’s also taking credit for Bray Wyatt’s return in a lot of ways. “Between telling everyone backstage [at RAW] how great he is because of Bray’s return and this, he’s not making a lot of friends around here,” one source said. “He was so arrogant to the writers, talking down to everyone as if he was the boss.” We were also told that, “he treated assistants like pieces of sh*t. He spoke down to most every writer on staff.”

How reliable this report is isn’t clear, as it’s possible the member of staff that Ringside News spoke with may simply be jealous of Fee coming in from the outside into such an influential position. Being envious of the renowned writer due to his connection with Wyatt, who was a guest at his wedding earlier this year. Nevertheless, it’s known for many years that WWE can be a challenging environment for writers, with Fee just being the latest person to think he is above others due to having outside success.
