Earlier this month, an unlikely spat started between pop star Britney Spears and the Osbourne family following comments made on “The Osbournes” podcast.
“I’m fed up of seeing poor old Britney Spears on YouTube,” Ozzy said during a chat about whether his daughter Kelly would ever make posts of herself dancing on TikTok. “Every f*cking day. It’s sad, very, very sad.” Jack went on to say “Save Britney,” and Kelly added: “I know. I feel so sorry for her.”
Spears fired back in a lengthy post: “I’m gonna … tell the Osbourne family who is the most boring family known to mankind to kindly f*ck off!”
Ozzy has now taken to social media to apologize … sort of. “Britney, I really owe you an apology,” Ozzy said. “I’m so sorry for making that comment. However, it would be better if you didn’t do the same f*cking dance every day. Change a few movements… I love Britney Spears, but it’s the same dance every day!”
He concluded: “I really do apologize. I love you and I think you’re beautiful.” The caption for the post also reads, “Sorry Britney — we still think you rock!”
