NXT superstar Blake Monroe has acknowledged Christmas on social media by sharing a series of sultry festive photos on Instagram, posing in red lingerie with one including the NXT Women’s North American Championship belt. This seemingly indicates the pictures were taken before her December 16 title loss to Thea Hail, caused by a rib injury that left her unable to properly kick out.

27-year-old Monroe, whose real name is Mariah Mead, began her career as a ring announcer in 2018 before debuting in the ring in 2019 on the UK independent scene. From 2022 to 2023, she excelled in Japan’s Stardom, joining Club Venus and winning the Goddesses of Stardom Championship. Then she became a standout performer in AEW, winning the Women’s World Title from Toni Storm at All In 2024. However, she would opt to depart the company to join WWE in 2025, having grown up idolizing the company.
