It’s been joked about several times that the Performance Center is better than any dating app, with plenty of wrestlers’ relationships having commenced there. And now, in another example of this, Kelani Jordan has taken to X to announce that, having dated Carmelo Hayes since 2023, he popped the question to her on July 1st, and she said “yesss.” As of writing, no date has been announced for their wedding, but it will likely be shared in the coming months.
26-year-old Kelani Jordan, real name Lea Mitchell, broke into the business via NXT and was the inaugural NXT Women’s North American Champion. Seemingly, this is where she met 30-year-old Carmelo Hayes, whose real name is Christian Brigham. And while they likely spend less time together after Hayes was called up to the main roster, it seems to be only a matter of time before Jordan joins him.
