Brian Pillman Jr, who now works for WWE under the name Lexis King, has experienced far more loss than the average 32-year-old, with his father, his mother, and a sister having all died. And now adding to his misery, the second-generation wrestler has taken to X to pay tribute to his step-brother Jesse Morgan, who has sadly passed. Specific details on his death were not shared, although it was noted that he experienced traumatic events while serving in Afghanistan.
Pillman Jr. broke into the business via Lance Storm’s wrestling school in 2017, opening the door for him to wrestle in MLW, despite still being considered a rookie. At the time, MLW contracts allowed their talents to also work for AEW, so he also became a regular on Dynamite and Dark under his real name, working as a singles competitor as well as in tag teams with Griff Garrison and later Brock Anderson. However, in July 2023, AEW decided not to renew his contract, which surprised many fans at the time, given the high regard in which his father was held in the industry.
