Following Hulk Hogan’s death, Bubba the Love Sponge decided to capitalize on the situation by releasing a documentary called “Video Killed The Radio Star: The Untold Story Of The Hulk Hogan Sex Tape Scandal.” And while the first airing was scheduled for later this month, it appears it may never see the light of day, as according to TMZ, Hogan’s son, Nick, has filed a lawsuit arguing that it would infringe on his father’s copyrights and trademarks, as well as violate their previous settlement agreement.
59-year-old Bubba, whose real name is Todd Clem, was once thought to be Hogan’s closest friend, which led to his involvement in the pro wrestling business via TNA. However, the pair fell out after Bubba secretly filmed his wife at the time, Heather Clem, in bed with the WWE legend, which was later leaked. Subsequently, Hogan filed a lawsuit against the Clem’s for invading his privacy, and following the settlement mentioned above, Bubba publicly apologized to Hogan.
