Late last year, shock rocker Marilyn Manson said “his career is in the gutter,” according to TMZ.

Manson was accused of assault by at least 15 women including actresses Evan Rachel Wood and Esmé Bianco.

Now nearly two years after Bianco first went public, she and Manson have reached an out of court settlement. Bianco, known for her role as Ros in the hit TV series “Game of Thrones,” alleged various instances of battery. Recently, Manson had another lawsuit against him dismissed when model Ashely Morgan Smithline failed to hire a new attorney within the 90-day window established by a California court.

Rolling Stone reported the agreement between Manson and Bianco.

“Ms. Bianco has agreed to resolve her claims against Brian Warner and Marilyn Manson Records, Inc. in order to move on with her life and career,” Jay Ellwanger, Bianco’s lawyer says.

Howard King, who represents Manson, states, “Ms. Bianco has agreed to resolve her claims against Brian Warner and Marilyn Manson Records, Inc.”

Bianco previously told The Cut in early 2021 that Manson “used drugs, force, and threats of force” against her on multiple occasions. Manson had denied the claims as “untrue and meritless” and said that the court filings against him are “part of a coordinated attack by former partners and associates of Mr. Warner who have weaponized the otherwise mundane details of his personal life and their consensual relationships.”

In recent legal documents, Manson said that online death threats have made him feel “anxious, distraught, depressed, worried, frantic, and sleepless,” and he also worries for the safety of his second wife, Lindsay Usich.

Manson said his music is suffering, he is unable to tour, he can’t release his book, his paintings have been “devalued” and his art shows have been “indefinitely postponed.” He also said that this “false portrayal” has cost him acting roles.
