During a recent interview with the Wrestling Inc. Daily podcast, Kurt Angle was asked about WWE’s succession plan once Vince McMahon passes away. He was very diplomatic in his response with regards to Stephanie, Triple H, and Shane. He did, though add that Vince isn’t going anywhere soon and was told by the man himself that he would be around for another 30 years.
I know this, Vince McMahon believes he’s going to live to be 105. He’s told me, so don’t expect this guy to drop dead anytime soon. He’s in the best shape of his life, but he’s 75. We all know he’s getting older, but the guy’s healthy as a horse, and he has a ‘no die’ mentality, man. He’s an animal. This guy’s the hardest-working guy I’ve ever seen in my life.Kurt Angle
Vince living to 105, seems incredibly optimistic when you consider his grandfather Jesse McMahon passed away aged 72, and his father, Vince McMahon Sr. lived until he was 69. However, his mother recently turned 100, so if Vince takes after her, he might just have a chance.
