Despite being one of the best performers on the indies and Ring of Honor, many fans doubted Kevin Owens would make it to the top of WWE due to his look. Yet, he has repeatedly proved his doubters wrong, going on to headline the first night of WrestleMania 38 against Steve Austin.
Still, being off the road while he recovers from neck surgery appears to be allowing him to eat better and exercise more. This is because while attending a NASCAR event in Dayton, he has been spotted looking noticeably more smaller than he did during his last appearance on WWE television back in April.

Shortly before WrestleMania 41, news leaked online that Owens’ match with Randy Orton was likely off due to the Canadian being injured. Subsequently, this would be confirmed by Owens himself during SmackDown, and since then, he has been off television. And while non-surgical solutions were considered, in the end, it was decided that surgery was the best option, although it remains unknown whether he’ll be able to resume his career.
