Kevin Nash Says “There’s Nothing Original” About LA Knight

LA Knight lost a Pitch Black match to Bray Wyatt at the Royal Rumble, and many expected that to be the beginning of the end of his WWE career. That hasn’t transpired, and since then, his popularity has skyrocketed, very much due to his electric personality and charisma shining through the screen. And while this has seen him amass a solid fan following, one person who isn’t impressed is WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash, who would call him an “absolute rip-off of The Rock” and say “there’s nothing original” about him during his latest podcast.

“Am I the only one that sees like an absolute rip-off of The Rock to the point when he cut the promo on f*cking Logan Paul or whatever the fuck his name is. The only thing he didn’t do is turn the m*therfucker sideways. Jesus Christ, does everybody have amnesia? There’s nothing original.”

It should be noted that some of the biggest names in pro wrestling history heavily borrowed from those who came before them, with Ric Flair taking from Buddy Rogers and Hulk Hogan being inspired by “Superstar” Billy Graham. Of course, for LA Knight to break through to the main event, he will still need to become his own man, but he certainly looks capable of that based on the past few months on WWE television.
