Kevin Nash Reveals The Personal Reason That Forced Him To Pull Out Of WrestleCon

Recently, Kevin Nash described himself as a “hermit,” so when it was revealed that he wouldn’t be attending WrestleCon for a personal reason, many assumed it was related to this. Yet, the two-time WWE Hall of Famer has now revealed on his podcast that he will actually be caring for his wife, who recently underwent hip surgery, fearing she will fall if he is away.

“I thought about it. I’m just like, I don’t trust having anybody, like, taking care of her, because all the doctor kept saying, our surgeon kept saying was, whatever you do, don’t f*cking fall. Whatever you do, don’t f*cking fall. And I’m like, what is my mother-in-law going to do? F*cking 78 years old

If she starts to stumble, if she f*cking starts to stumble around me, she might get a broken rib for me snatching her ass. But she ain’t going to f*cking, she ain’t going to fall, ain’t going to fall down the stairs with my big ass behind her.”

It’s well-known Nash’s life has been challenging in recent years following the tragic 2022 passing of his son Tristen, who died from a heart attack following a seizure that was triggered by alcohol withdrawal syndrome. Additionally, he lost his longtime best friend, Scott Hall, earlier the same year due to a blot clot being dislodged during surgery, causing three heart attacks. Given this, it is understandable why Nash has become reclusive; however, he has many friends both in and out of business, so it appears he has people there for him if needed.
