Julia Hart is one of AEW’s rising stars, and this past weekend, she wrestled the biggest match of her short career at WrestleDream when she challenged Kris Statlander for the TBS Championship. And now, following that high-profile bout, it has been reported by Fightful Select that she is set to take some time off television, along with her fiancé Lee Johnson, due to their upcoming honeymoon.
“Hart is scheduled to take time off for her honeymoon following AEW WrestleDream. She’d announced publicly that she was marrying fellow AEW wrestler Lee Johnson. We’re not sure if AEW will be filming any vignettes for when she is absent. Johnson is also scheduled to miss some time.”
Fightful Select21-year-old Hart began training in 2019 at Ken Anderson’s school before moving to the Nightmare Factory, which saw her start working as an enhancement talent on AEW’s YouTube shows. Subsequently, she would be partnered with Brian Pillman Jr. and Griff Garrison, collectively known as the Varsity Blonds, becoming a trio. However, her big break would come when Malakai Black spat black mist into her eyes, turning her heel and resulting in her joining The House of Black.
