Shortly after his hard-hitting match with Solo Sikoa at Crown Jewel, wrestler-turned-actor John Cena announced on social media that he had undergone surgery on his arm with another operation still required. And now he has confirmed via X that the second surgery has been completed on his other arm.
Due to the SAG-AFTRA strike, the 16-time world champion returned to WWE as a full-time SmackDown performer this past September and has subsequently wrestled multiple dark matches in addition to tagging with LA Knight at Fastlane and facing Sikoa at Crown Jewel. However, it now appears his current run is officially over, and it will now be interesting to see when he next returns, especially with WrestleMania 40 fast approaching.
