And now, while discussing her on his popular podcast, AEW commentator Jim Ross has put over the New Zealanders’ creativity and gone as far as to declare her his favorite AEW wrestler right now.
Before becoming All Elite in 2022, Storm worked for WWE from 2017 to 2021, and initially looked set for a bright future on the main roster. Yet, after she was called up, she unexpectedly skipped a scheduled booking and opted to fly home and request her release. Subsequently, she would reveal that she felt underappreciated and disrespected by the company, and while some at the time questioned her commitment, she has been nothing but professional since signing with AEW.
